Agreement

By accessing or placing an order with RSS Fashion, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies (Shipping, Return, and Privacy). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.

Eligibility

You confirm that you are legally able to enter a binding purchase in Bangladesh and that the information you provide (name, phone, address) is accurate and complete.

Products & pricing

We try to display products, prices, and availability accurately. Errors may occur; we may cancel or refuse an order placed at an incorrect price and will notify you. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice for future orders.

Product images are illustrative; slight variation in colour, packaging, or batch appearance can happen.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders for reasons including stock shortage, pricing error, suspected fraud, incomplete address, or courier restrictions.

After confirmation, changes may not always be possible once packing or dispatch has started.

Payments

Available payment methods (COD, cards, mobile financial services, etc.) are shown at checkout. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the amounts due. Failed or reversed payments may delay or cancel fulfilment.

Promotions

Discounts, free delivery, and campaign offers are subject to their stated rules and may be withdrawn or adjusted. Abuse of promotions (multiple fake accounts, coupon misuse) may lead to order cancellation.

Intellectual property

Website content, logos, and product materials belonging to RSS Fashion or its licensors are protected. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with operations
• Do not place fraudulent orders or provide false contact details
• Do not harass staff or courier partners

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSS Fashion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or delays outside our reasonable control (including courier failure, natural events, or network outages). Our total liability for any order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will first be addressed amicably via [email protected]; unresolved matters may be pursued in courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangladesh.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
