Shipping Policy

Overview

RSS Fashion (“we”, “us”) delivers products across Bangladesh. This policy explains where we ship, how long delivery usually takes, how shipping fees work, and what happens if a parcel cannot be delivered.

Delivery coverage

We deliver nationwide through our partner courier network. Service quality and timing can vary by district, thana, and remote areas.

• Dhaka metro and major cities: typically the fastest delivery window
• Other districts: usually a few business days after dispatch
• Hard-to-reach or remote locations: may need extra time or a phone confirmation

Order processing & dispatch

Orders are confirmed after we verify stock, payment method, and shipping details. You will receive SMS/WhatsApp/email updates when available.

• In-stock items are usually packed and handed to courier within 1–2 business days
• Pre-order, custom, or temporarily unavailable items may take longer — we will notify you
• Orders placed after evening cut-off may be processed the next business day

Estimated delivery times

Times below are estimates from dispatch (not from order placement) and exclude weekends, public holidays, courier strikes, severe weather, or force majeure.

• Inside Dhaka: often 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Outside Dhaka: often 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Delays can occur during sales, Eid, or courier backlog — we will keep you informed when possible

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Free delivery may apply on eligible orders, campaigns, or selected products as advertised on the storefront.

If an address correction or re-delivery is required because of incorrect customer details, extra courier charges may apply.

Cash on delivery (COD)

COD is available where enabled for your area and order value. Please keep the exact payable amount ready. Repeated failed COD attempts may lead to order cancellation or COD restrictions on future orders.

Failed delivery & returns to sender

If the courier cannot reach you after reasonable attempts (wrong number, incomplete address, customer unavailable), the parcel may be returned to us. In that case we may cancel the order and, for prepaid orders, refund according to our Return Policy after deducting applicable courier costs.

Order tracking

Use Track Order on our website with your order ID and phone number. For help, contact [email protected] or the support numbers listed on the site.

Damaged or missing items on arrival

Please check the parcel on delivery when practical. If items are damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 24–48 hours with your order ID and clear photos/video. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
